Synchronization of inventory, prices, orders and invoices.
What are cross-system integrations?
Cross-system integration is the process of connecting various IT systems so that they can exchange data and cooperate in real time or according to established rules.
In practice, this means that:
- an order placed in e-commerce automatically goes to ERP,
- customer data from CRM is available in the sales system,
- stock levels are updated without manual entry,
- reports are generated based on consistent data from many sources.
Integration eliminates the need to manually transcribe information between systems and ensures a uniform flow of data throughout the organization.
